Referrals and Commissioning

How to refer a young person to Hub Haven Ltd, what we need, and how quickly we respond.

How we accept referrals

Hub Haven Ltd accepts referrals from placing authorities through three routes:

  • Other framework arrangements: we are happy to engage with regional framework conversations on request
  • Spot purchase: direct enquiry from any local authority or partner
  • Commissioning Alliance Dynamic Purchasing Vehicle (RESI DPV): we are registered on the Ealing Council Atamis portal (C0117)

* Who we are well-matched for *

We are a sole-placement therapeutic home, not a multi-occupancy setting. We are best matched to young people who will benefit from:

A small, predictable environment with consistent staff

A trauma-informed, attachment-aware therapeutic approach

1:1 or 2:1 staffing during waking hours, with sleep-in cover overnight

Strong individual care planning, key work, and identity support

A planned route to family, foster care, or supported independence

* What we need with a referral *
