Hub Haven is proud to deliver wrap-around social care tailored to children, young people, and families.
Hub Haven Ltd is a single-placement therapeutic children’s home in Greenford. Our team brings together experienced residential leadership, clinical and therapeutic expertise, and a shared belief that every young person deserves to feel safe, valued and listened to. Below you will meet the people responsible for the governance, day-to-day running and care delivered in our home.
How our team works together
Every member of our team is grounded in the same relational, trauma-informed approach. Our practice is built on Hughes’ P.A.C.E. model, which shapes how staff connect with the young person in our care and respond calmly and consistently during periods of distress.

Our leadership team holds legal and regulatory responsibility for the home, ensuring it is safe, well-resourced and well-led, and providing robust governance and challenge at every level.
Rebecca Saunders
Director & Registered Provider
As Director and Registered Provider, Rebecca holds overall accountability for Hub Haven Ltd. She sets the strategic direction of the organisation and is responsible for ensuring the home is properly resourced, financially sound and well governed.
Rebecca works closely with the Responsible Individual and Registered Manager to ensure the standards and values of the home are upheld, and that the care provided remains firmly centred on the needs and outcomes of the young person.
Samantha Dunkley
Responsible Individual
Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare • Level 7 Leadership & Management • Qualified Yoga Teacher & Nutritional Therapist
Samantha is the Responsible Individual at Hub Haven Ltd, bringing over ten years of experience in the sector and a strong commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people in residential care. With a background as an Outstanding-rated Registered Manager, she has a proven track record of driving high standards, effective safeguarding and continuous quality improvement.
She combines strategic oversight with a calm, reflective leadership style, providing robust governance, effective challenge and support to the Registered Manager, alongside clear monitoring of safeguarding, risk management and quality assurance systems.
Kolawole Larrys
Registered Manager & Designated Safeguarding Lead
Kolawole is the Registered Manager of Hub Haven Ltd and our Designated Safeguarding Lead. He brings substantial leadership experience across Ofsted-regulated children’s homes and therapeutic services, and has successfully led the mobilisation and registration of new homes with positive inspection outcomes.
His dual expertise in residential leadership and psychotherapy strengthens our trauma-informed, relationship-based approach. Kolawole promotes a high-structure, high-nurture environment where behaviour is understood as communication, and maintains clear oversight of safeguarding, risk management and quality assurance.
Jamel Felix
Head of Placement and Referral
As the Head of Placement and Referral, Jamel brings years years of dedicated experience in UK children’s services, specializing in matching vulnerable children and young people with safe, nurturing, and stable environments. Jamel oversees our end-to-end referral process, ensuring that every placement is not just a logistical fit, but a therapeutic and supportive home where a child can thrive. Working closely with Local Authorities, social workers, and care teams, balances a deep understanding of Ofsted regulations with a passionate commitment to child-centric outcomes, ensuring compliance, safety, and stability are at the heart of every decision.
Our Care Team
The staff who deliver care, every day
Day-to-day care is delivered by our residential support team, who provide consistent, nurturing, relationship-based support to the young person living with us.
Senior Residential Support Worker
Our Senior Residential Support Worker provides leadership on shift, supports the Registered Manager with day-to-day oversight, and helps guide and mentor the wider care team. They play a key role in maintaining routines, modelling our therapeutic approach and ensuring consistency of care.
Residential Support Workers
Our Residential Support Workers are the heart of daily life at Hub Haven Ltd. They build trusted, consistent relationships with the young person, support education, health, hobbies and routines, and are trained to respond calmly and safely during periods of distress. Staffing is maintained at a minimum of 1:1 during waking hours, increasing to 2:1 where risk indicates, with waking-night cover overnight and a manager on call 24 hours a day.
